Second visit in Dadar shop, to extend mangalsutra of my wife. They missed to deliver on time, they are not willing to respond you over phone everytime need to visit. After my delivery date I visited twice in shop but even that time we didnt get delivery. Experience at the time of delivery is worst, they will take cash from you but they will not return cash instead they will ask to purchase either gold coin or keep money as advance booking for next order with them. After all when we took delivery Mangalsutra was not looking in new condition, it was designed in hurry. Chain inside was molded in way that It can break any point of time, design of Mangalsutra was not identical, no weight was shown to us, no final bill provided for Mangalsutra. In short all staff and karagir in the Jaganath Pednekar shop are of very poor qaulity they are just seated to loot customers. Please visit if you want to loose your peace of mind alongwith money.
