Comment : - The location of the hotel is extremely convenient for those who have any work in South Mumbai. - I was put up in room no. 111. The room was spacious and very well maintained. Although there was a major problem of water leakage in the Bathroom due to heavy rainfall. For this I asked them if I could change my room but they refused. - There is no restaurant so food is not available. Although upon request they brought us food from a next door restaurant. - No breakfast options are available. Not even chocolate milk or Jam are available. - The staff are friendly and keep the place very clean. Housekeeping and room service otherwise are not a problem. - Rooms are well equipped, and feel newly renovated. Better maintenance can increase costumer satisfaction to a great extent. - I would re-visit this hotel and also recommend it, provided the above points are covered.

Comment : I stayed in this hotel for more than three times so I am quite familiar and I like their services. Room quality and food arrangement was also decent. Location was also prominent. So overall it was a recommendable property for business travelers.

Comment : Hotel is located in the heart of the city. Our room was well organised with all the necessities. Staff was efficient and polite towards the guest. Even the food was awesome in taste. It is highly recommendable hotel.
