Comment : I had a very bad experience throughout the whole trip. When I arrived at the airport on 18th June at 10.30am, I had to wait almost 3 hours for my hotel pick-up. I find this very frustrating. When a driver finally came for me, it was for a different hotel and he left me there to ask me to wait for the correct driver and when the driver finally arrived at almost 2pm, he made me walk from one end of the airport to the other end with my entire luggage to look for him. Because of all this, I had to miss my afternoon appointment with an important client and was unable to eat my breakfast or lunch. It is okay that the hotel does not provide a breakfast buffet in the morning or there is no internet access, but I had to go through constant sound of airplanes flying over and many dogs barking nearby every night to make each sleep very unpleasant. As for my airport transfer to go back, I asked for a 9.30pm pick-up at the hotel on 21st June to bring me to the airport for my midnight flight and the vehicle only came at 10pm. Luckily there was no jam and I did not had to rush through to get to my flight. I am very disappointed with the overall standard of service being provided here.

Comment : Was a delight to have such a neat room ..5 star maintenance in middle of Mumbai. The front office staff needs to coordinate better but overall very satisfied.
