My personal experience: This air-conditioned place is popular among the residents of salt lake, for its home delivery facilities. I love their Dosas and North Indian non-veg preparations like Shaag Murgh and Chicken Masala. In the veg section I prefer the Kadhai Paneer, Paneer Butter Masala and Veg Manchurian .
