My personal experience: Ahaar is part of the Residency Hotel in T.Nagar and very popular with the office crowd during lunch time.Only a buffet lunch and dinner is available.No breakfast is available.There is an atonishing variety at the buffet.The cost is Rs 275 and seems very cheap when you consider the spread that is offered.The food is also tasty and seems like home food.Maybe that is the reason it is so popular!

My personal experience: I have been a regular visitor to this place. I always suggest this place for friends who want to take their family out for dinner. The buffet is one of the best in Chennai and the spread is resonably limited because in a buffet you never end up tasting all the dishes. You tuck your family for a cozy lunch to this place. Highly advisable by me.
