My personal experience: The Minar Restaurant is a roof top restaurant in the Savera Hotel. It is all about the view in this restaurant. It is very pleasant sitting there in the open with city light twinkling back at you with the sea breeze gently caressing your skin. The food is Mughlai and is fairly tasty. The service can be agonizingly slow at times, though the waiters do their best. But then you do not really mind if you have company!
